Best known for his Lean in 15 recipes, does an extra 15 minutes in the kitchen really up your cooking game? We think so. It's full of simple, quick ideas which incorporates a wider range of flavours and ingredients, for example the tasty looking Dukka-Spiced Chicken. We're impressed!
