OM Yoga Show London takes place at the beautiful Alexandra Palace from 19-21 October. Now in its 15th year, this years is set to be the biggest and best yet! As well as a showcase of exhibitors, and leading yoga teachers taking workshops, there are eleven open class areas offering over 280 free yoga classes throughout the weekend.

Here are our pick of the best classes to go to. For all the free classes, admission is on a first come, first served basis, so we advise to get there 5-10 minutes before the class starts.

AcroYogaDance – Water with Eugene Butcher & Pip Elysium, Friday 19 October, 13.45-14.15 and Sunday 21 October 13.30-14.00, Free
AcroYogaDance is a partner yoga practice which evolves into a moving meditation. AcroYogaDance is an art form, something wonderful not only the partners practicing it but also to those who witness it.

Ashtanga’s fiery little sister. Fast flowing movement linked to the breath with an awesome playlist. If you’re looking to challenge yourself, rocket will certainly push you to your limits.

Durga Power Flow with Kirsty Gallagher, Saturday 20 14.15-14.45, Free
A strong, playful, empowering practice to find your inner Durga, the fierce warrior goddess of protection and inner strength who offers constant guidance and courage.

Zen Yoga with Daizan Skinner,  Saturday 20 October, 15.45-16.45, Free
Zen Yoga draws on the Buddha teaching of mindfulness of the body, and through simple movements can teach you to feel the energy flowing in your system. Awake people are like water, where ordinary people are like ice. Zen Yoga is the practice of melting the stuck places in our body-mind, so we can fully let go into the autumn season.

Groove Om Yoga with Pip Taverner, Sunday 21 October, 2018, 13.30-14.00, Free
Fusing the uplifting power of Deep and Disco House music with a dynamic yet playful Vinyasa flow yoga sequence, Groove Om Yoga is a fabulous sequin-filled experience to collectively stretch, breathe and sparkle.
