Give Me Strength by Alice Liveing has become the soundtrack to our strength sessions in the gym. Alice interviews experts, doctors, influencers and personalities with a passion for all things movement and general wellbeing. Her curiosity leads the way for incredible discussions and insights into so many areas of women’s health and fitness. Often tackling challenging issues, it inspires us in moving through a challenging gym session.
A recent find for us but a sure favourite already, The Food Medic by Dr Hazel Wallace. A Medical Doctor, Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Blogger and Author, Dr Hazel has created The Food Medic platform to share evidence based advice. With leading experts and her own Ask Dr Hazel episodes, there’s so much useful and thought provoking content, leading to inspiration for a healthier and balanced life.
What better to listen to while you’re running, than Runpod with Jenni Falconer? Her own passion for running and the guests she welcomes to the show are so eclectic but united by their love of running. From DJs to athletes to singers and actors, each conversation sheds a whole new perspective on running, training, dealing with injuries or setbacks. Always offering an extra boost of motivation on the toughest runs.
And for a laugh… My Therapist Ghosted Me. No, that’s the name of the brilliant podcast by Irish comedians Vogue Williams and Joanne McNally. Topical, light hearted, totally hilarious, catch the main episode on Friday or the shorter bonus on a Wednesday. Instant mood booster, you’re welcome!
