It’s been a minute since we wrote a round-up of what we are listening to, inspired by and coming back to each week in the podcast world. One of our favourite ways to consume the latest conversations, topics and trends in the wellbeing space, here we give just a few of our favourites that you’ll want to check out for yourself.
Give Me Strength by Alice Liveing features an expert each week who discusses their field in more depth than you typically see on an Instagram feed. With topics spanning from celebrity training schedules to how to schedule your training around your cycle, we’ve found this so insightful, often taking notes to remember the nuggets of wisdom throughout!
Runpod by Jenni Falconer is a long-time favourite of ours. Now that running outdoors is *officially* enjoyable again, there’s no better background for lacing up and getting out there. Guests from the sporting world and the entertainment industry always bring their fresh take on why running feels good for them, which is especially motivating on the hilly runs!
Honestly Unbalanced by Adam and Holly Husler is a new but firm favourite to us at ILU Fitwear. A great listen for yoga teachers, teachers in training or yogis interested in hearing from a variety of professionals in the industry. The range of topics and dynamics between the hosts make space for both the light-hearted and also more serious discussion, we love this!
Happy Place by Fearne Cotton is another long-time favourite that has been a total joy to tune into for every Monday morning commute. Each guest and interview is so beautifully selected and researched, making for a deep conversation often resulting in tears or laughter (or both!). We look forward to attending one of the Happy Place Festivals later this year.
