It’s been a little while since we did a roundup of books we’ve loved lately. Below you’ll find some recommendations for your summer reading list.
--
Manifest + Dive Deeper by Roxie Nafousi
Arguably one of the most insta-aesthetic viral sensations, as seen in the hands of the likes of Hailey Bieber. It’s a guide on visualising, manifesting and building your dream life, and we are BIG fans.
--
Some of our key takeaways:
--
‘When we change our language, we change our experience’.
--
‘We attract what we feel’.
--
‘Honour where you want to be tomorrow’.
--
The second from the author is more of a workbook - Dive Deeper offers an opportunity to get really clear on your thought patterns, and beliefs about what you deserve and are ultimately capable of.
--
A truly inspiring read that we couldn’t put down once started, without the wishy-washy/woo-woo effect that many self-help books can fall into the groove of.
--
Maybe in Another Life - Taylor Jenkins Reid
--
If you’re looking for a new author to get addicted to, Taylor Jenkins Reid is a good place to start. Her novels have a slight crossover in the wonderful world she has created, with nods to previous storylines for the loyal fans.
--
We loved this read for the best summer read, devour-worthy by the pool or on your travels. Be warned : once you’ve read one TJR, the need for more is very strong.

CURRENT READ

The 5am Club - Robin S Sharma
As the title might suggest, this is a book that makes the case for ‘Own your morning, elevate your life’. Not a straightforward self-help book as expected, but instead a novel centred around 3 characters, an entrepreneur, an artist and a billionaire.
--
‘High victory is made in those early hours of the morning when no one is watching and everyone else is sleeping’.
--
No spoilers here, but perhaps one of the best arguments I’ve read for transforming the first hour of my day (5am optional).
