ILU on the move!

I took some of my ILU favourites on the move last weekend, to a stunning UKation (UK vacation) in Dorchester, Dorset. To pack for a camping trip, it was the perfect opportunity to see how the pieces work against the elements, with sun on the forecast, I couldn’t wait to breathe the country air!

Packing for a range of activities including hiking, horse riding, beach days and forest yoga (yes, it was jam packed!) as well as keeping warm when the sun disappears, I knew that light layering and the versatility would work in my favour. Here’s what I wore on this adventure…

DAY 1: 7 mile hike to Golden Cap ft. Vitality Leggings

The seamless, sweat wicking, super-soft fabric was so breathable on this hike. The unique print brightened every step, whilst keeping me cool up and down the hills. They also provided protection against brambles and thorny bushes whilst not snagging. They fit snuggly, supportive and gave all kinds of #hikingchic

DAY 2: Horse Riding Trek ft. Dream Spin Leggings

I knew I needed to have a full length legging for this adventure, with great support and coverage to aid ease of movement. I honestly forgot about my outfit, totally comfortable and soaking up the sights, sounds and smells of the countryside hack. 

DAY 3: Beach Day ft. Fab Fit T

On the sunniest day of the trip so far, we decided to head for the beach. I knew I’d be in and out of the sea, so choosing the Fab Fit Tee was a no-brainer. A quick drying, light layer over my cossie to protect from the harsher rays. I love that I can tie it up for a cropped style, or throw if over whatever I’m wearing, straight out of the sea!

DAY 4: Forest Yoga ft Go With The Flow Set

Bathed in sunlight sneaking through the trees, we started our last day with a grounding yoga practice in the forest of our campsite. Led by wonderful local teacher, it was a joy to make shapes with a group of ladies, wearing ILU’s brand new release, Go With The Flow Crop and Leggings. The set moves with you, supports in all the right places, with the leggings particularly easy to put on in a tent! Feeling confident, comfortable and unrestricted, this hour of bliss was made even more so by my favourite ILU outfit.
