Happy New Year to you all!
January is a mixed month for many of us. We start the year with high expectations, and all the energy of the New Year, but come mid-month, it hits us: it is the middle of Winter, the days are dark, it never stops raining, money is short (yes I know!) and those resolutions are already being broken. For us here at ILU, being a smaller brand, we feel that too. We feel the excitement and expectation of every health/fitness brand as we welcome in the 'New Year, New You'… and then like you, the reality hits and we often feel that flatness until January payday.
But this year we have our January event at Seekology to look forward to. I cannot wait (I love Amy’s classes!). Do join us if you can. It will be a great class, in the inspiring Seekology space and the mats we will be using from Willow Yoga are really beautiful. YogaFit week in April will be here before we know it. And lots of exciting news/events in between.
So let’s banish Blue Monday and focus on our positive affirmations right through this month. Here’s a picture of mine.
