Our select group of Ambassadors embodies the values and the spirit of the ILU brand. Each one of them is inspirational in her own way and we hope they will inspire you too.  You'll  see them on our social media and at our events. Julia Hubbard

Julia Hubbard

Julia is a current world champion and Natural Olympia champion. With a current focus on sprinting, Julia competes in the masters for distances ranging from 60-400m, She is also an accomplished fitness model and earned her Figure Pro card last year, with titles from INBA, WNBA, NPA & Galaxy.

  1. Best sport or workout: Bodybuilding & athletics
  2. Favourite food: Chocolate
  3. Signature scent: Don't wear perfume! so I guess fragrance free showergel!
  4. Style crush: Jennifer Aniston
  5. Can't live without: The Gym
  6. Guilty pleasure: Dunking a Biscuit in a lovely cuppa reading an autobiography
  7. Dream date: My Hubby :D
  8. Dinner party guest: Can't think of anyone in particular
  9. What's in the bottom of your handbag: I don't have one!
  10. Something not everyone knows about you: I used to play the oboe and competed for Great Britain in Bobsleigh. Broke my back and have a heart condition

Katie Chimes

Katie is a chiropractor, health and fitness professional. She has competed and won many titles for NABBA and Fitfactor. 

  1. Best sport or workout: High intensity and metabolic circuits. I also love press-ups as they can be done any time and anywhere
  2. Favourite food: I love all food! Am I allowed to pick two favourites? My first choice would be salmon, my second favourite would have to be chocolate (if you can call that food)
  3. Signature scent: I am a fan of lots of different scents, anything fruity! I do love the scent Spring Flower by Creed however – one of my favourites!
  4. Style crush: If I were to be honest, I don't have a style crush however I do love shopping for new clothes all the time ;)
  5. Can't live without: My Health and my car
  6. Guilty pleasure: Chocolate without a doubt!
  7. Dream date: Ooooo that is a hard one but it would have to be a tall, dark and handsome man.
  8. Dinner party guest: David Gandy
  9. What's in the bottom of your handbag: A lot of things, I am constantly clearing it out
  10. Something not everyone knows about you: I can speak at a thousand miles per hour

The Fitbelles

Alex, Angie and Liz run a studio in Warminster, Wiltshire after being bought together for their love of health and fitness. Inspiring others to eat well, train for fitness and well being and to say goodbye to fad diets and over training of their bodies. The Belles believe in lifting others and sharing their lives to help their customers achieve a happy place as they believe perfection doesn't exist but a healthy, revitalised and well fed body does.

  1. Best sport or workout: It's no fun if you dread your class, pick a workout that you love and enjoy and make sure you keep it varied.
  2. Favourite food: We all love medjool dates stuffed with almond butter
  3. Signature scent: The scent of a good workout!
  4. Style crush: We all think the sexiest thing you can wear is a smile so our style crush would be anyone wearing one.
  5. Can't live without: The studio, we genuinely love being there and all of our customers who we get to see each and every week
  6. Guilty pleasure: We don't really deny ourselves anything, moderation is key, so you don't have to feel guilty about anything you like to enjoy!
  7. Dream date: A day with each other shopping in London (we indulged in that this week)
  8. Dinner party guest: Dinner with the girls would be a perfect evening for us all, we all take time out regularly to spend time with our close friends and love doing so.
  9. What's in the bottom of your handbag: Oatcakes or StudioBelle timetables
  10. Something not everyone knows about you: We all jumped in the sea at Sandbanks last year to inspire customers to face their fears

Liz is the founder of TFD Training. She is a PT, a Master Trainer for Ugi and an ambassador for Beachbody. Liz loves to be busy and is constantly looking for the next challenge. She is a professional multi-tasker, working for ILU on sales, running her own classes, fitting in her own training, not to mention being a hands-on mum to two children!

  3. Signature scent: Daisy
  4. Style crush: Autumn Calabrese
  5. Can't live without: My Children and Sleep (my children deprive me of sleep)
  6. Guilty pleasure: Cream Eggs
  7. Dream date: Dinner on the rooftop of the London West Hollywood
  8. Dinner party guest: Adam Sandler
  9. What's in the bottom of your handbag: At this exact moment - a crown, 1 barbie shoe, 1 shin pad, one captain's armband and some dry shampoo
  10. Something not everyone knows about you: I'm Roman Catholic and attend Church

Sian Toal

Sian is a qualified PT & Instructor at her studio Onpoint Training. She has been a competing physique athlete since 2011 and specializes in body transformations and weight training systems.

  1. Best sport or workout: I love to train my legs as its the strongest part of my body! Lunges are an awesome exercise. I also love a bit of cardio! Both sprints and longer distances. I enjoy sprints post workout and a longer run a couple of times per week, its great for clearing the head.
  2. Favourite food: My favourite thing to eat is probably Greek yoghurt, granola, toasted nuts, berries and honey. That would be a once a week treat for me, so if I fancy something sweet in the week I clean it up a bit by having the yoghurt mixed with PhD Nutrition vanilla protein powder, toasted nuts and stevia sweetener sprinkled on top.
  3. Signature scent: This is a tough one as I own over 15 perfumes!! But I'd say for Daytime: Chanel Madamoiselle or Flora by Gucci: Gorgeous Gardenia & Evening: Dior Addict or Gucci by Gucci.
  4. Style crush: I'd pick two...in the past, Audrey Hepburn and in the present, Angelina Jolie always looks stunning whether casually dressed or on the red carpet.
  5. Can't live without: Lipbalm! I have one in every bag and pocket at the ready. Second to that…mascara…
  6. Guilty pleasure: One of the best guilty pleasures is meeting friends for an afternoon tea. Little sandwiches, cakes and pastries, a good catch up. Quality time spent.
  7. Dream date: My husband of course! But if he was busy…Brad Pitt will do just fine.
  8. Dinner party guest: Marilyn Monroe
  9. What's in the bottom of your handbag: Another lipbalm!!! and a snack…always have a back up!
  10. Something not everyone knows about you: Growing up I wanted to be a Marine Biologist. I had a fascination with sharks and wanted to swim with them.
